The project aims

to equip teacher education students and primary and secondary teachers with the fundamental knowledge, skills and competence to organize AI as teaching content in education

The project’s main goal

to design an open online course which includes several modules for the teacher education students, in-service and pre service primary and secondary school teachers to assist them in planning, preparing, and implementing AI as teaching content from scratch

Activities

Producing a handbook on effective AI practices across all educational levels (primary to higher education ) in all participating countries.

He received his doctorate degree with a dissertation thesis: Multimedia as motivational instrument in preparation of a Math teacher. His research is mainly oriented toward preparing future teachers of computer science by innovative robotics aids, artificial intelligence, e-learning, mobile learning, and creating VR environments. From September 2017 is a teacher in the Department of Computer Science, where he gives lectures and seminars in courses web and mobile technologies, virtual reality, many subjects relative to teacher trainee
students. He is the author and co-author of more than 80 publications in scientific journals and in proceedings of scientific conferences at home and abroad and the author of two textbooks. As a co-researcher, he participated and still participates in the solution of 7 KEGA projects focused on e-learning, blended learning (two of them as a project leader) and one VEGA project.
